Let’s fix your kettlebell swing at the root. 😉 🔔 🧰 The most common mistake I see in a kettlebell swing is the action of 𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘶𝘱𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘮𝘴 😬… instead of producing 𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙞𝙥𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙨𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙. 💥🦵🏽 In the video, I use a real pendulum to demonstrate the momentum you need during the hike phase of the swing to effectively move the bell. 🤓 👉Alternatively, you can also imagine yourself on a swingset in a park. 👀 There’s no one to pull you up; you have to kick back to swing forward properly.
