PROTEIN CINNAMON ROLLS  20g protein per roll Wet Ingredients:     •    1 1/4 cup cottage cheese     •    1 tsp vanilla     •    2 tbsp maple syrup Dry Ingredients:     •    1 3/4 cup flour     •    2.5 tsp baking powder     •    2 scoops Transparent Labs Cinnamon French Toast protein powder                                                                                                                                Filling:     •    Coconut oil or butter (for spreading)     •    Cinnamon sugar (spread on top of oil)     •    Cinnamon (go heavy) Icing:     •    1/2 cup Greek yogurt     •    2 tbsp powdered sugar Instructions:     1    Blend the wet ingredients together (cottage cheese, vanilla, maple syrup).     2    Mix the flour and baking powder, then fold in the protein powder.     3    Combine wet and dry until you’ve got a dough.     4    Roll the dough out flat, spread with coconut oil, then add a good amount of cinnamon sugar and a lot of cinnamon.      5    Roll it up and slice into 6 rolls.
