Promoting Japanese Face Tape and Taping Techniques
Face taping is very important to me and is like my 3rd baby since I was the pioneer and introduced it to the USA market over 5 years ago with my videos and it turned into a huge trend. And I'm concerned when I see tutorials that disregard fundamental rules and principles. 2 major mistakes in tape removal I observe waaaaaay too often in face taping tutorials 🤦‍♀️and clearly tells me who has no fundamental understanding of the subject 1. Removing tape in the wrong direction ❌️ Tape is always removed in the direction of hair growth and ld applications in the direction of fluid flow. 2.Removing tape as you see in this video ❌️ Only and always remove tape as per my instructional videos Of course, on face we never use body intended, stronger adhesives tapes that I also see all over internet now, my heart aches for those skins 🫣🤦‍♀️ 🤍 Japanese face tape that I've been using for almost 10 years now to be used on entire face and neck is available on my website (linknin bio) and purchase comes with access to library of my past face taping videos showing some applications for easy reference. If you are new to face taping method, please check out my highlights titled Before/After TMJ Face Taping Q/A part 2 Mouth taping If you want to learn proper face taping applications, I have 1.5 hours Follow Along Discover the Art of Face Taping video guide showing over 20 applications at slow speed with ton of details available for purchase on my website www.TheNaturalFaces.com 🤍 . . . . #facetapingtips #botoxalternative #frownwrinkles #antiwrinkles #japanesefacetape #japanatapes #japanafacetape

This technique is both the test and release for chronic tension & muscle knots we often have in corrugator supercilii - often called the frown muscle - can lead to deep wrinkles between brows. When these small yet powerful muscles stay contracted from stress, screen time, or tension, it starts to reshape our facial expression patterns, making us look tired, tense, even angry. Chronic tension restricts healthy blood flow, causes fascia tightness, deepens wrinkles, and causes visible aging in the brow and eye areas. Test your muscles right now by gliding knuckles along each brow. ➡️ Comment below how it feels? Sensitive? Do you have any bumps along the brows? . . . . #frownlines #frownwrinkles #facialmassageforwrinkles #facialbeauty #antiwrinkles #facemassagetutorial #faceyogafitness #nobotoxneededhere #holisticskincare #nobotoxneeded

Swipe to see some of my favorite things to Feed My Skin inside and out
Swipe to see some of my favorite things to Feed My Skin inside and out! 1. Red caviar (obviously I grew up eating it as it's a very Russian food) Rich in omega 3s, Vitamin A & astahanthin which protects against collagen breakdown & supports skin firmness 2. My homemade bone broth that I love having for breakfast with my favorite supplement SPERMIDINE. ▪︎ Both bone broth and Spermidine are superpowers for glowing skin ✨️ ▪︎ Both bone broth & Spermidine are superpowers for our gut health. Healthy gut = healthy skin Details on Japanese sourced Spermidine I take is under highlight titled SPERMIDINE (with 20% off code & a link) 3. Buckwheat is another childhood favorite food loaded in zinc, fiber, and rutin that supports collagen structure 4. Butter I eat everyday and with everything. Can't live without it and real butter is also rich in vitamin A and other glowing skin nutrients. 6. Berries and fruits loaded in Vitamin C that's crucial for collagen synthesis. You can eat all the collagen powders, or proteins or else but if vitamin C is low, there will be no collagen made. 7. Sardines - another jem for skin. Has omega 3s, CoQ10 and more. All must have for skin health. 8. No coffee, no cafenaited drinks, no icy/cold drinks for me. I choose warm drinks, fresh herbal teas like fresh camomile, fresh mint, buckwheat tea, warm lemon water and so on to support my gut health thus skin health. 9. my must have ingredients in skincare ▪︎ Naturally occuring Vitamin C like in Rose Toner ▪︎ CoQ10 ingredient like in CoQ10 serum ▪︎ Ton of collagen stimulating components like in CC Of course there are ton of other foods I eat that are crucial for skin health and overall health, just impossible to share all in 1 post 🤍🤍 . . . . #matureskincare #skinglowfood #antiagingtips #glassskinproducts #bouncyskin #healthyskinhabits #skinhealingfoods

When we feed our skin the GOOD stuff, it will thank us 🤍 My non-negotiables for my skin CARE: ▪︎ making caring for skinbarrier health & strength a priority with habits incl proper sun exposure, skincare products used, and routines ▪︎ my must collagen boosting ingredients in skincare products: ♡ Love my Japanese Rose toner as it's loaded in NATURALLY occuring Vitamin C that's crucial for collagen synthesis (NO lab created synthetic vitamin C products) ♡ Love Collagen Cream as it's formulated with unique ingredients like pearl powder (proven for enhancing collagen production) & and others to cohesively work together promoting natural collagen production ♡ Love my CoQ10 serum, again crucial to stimulate collagen/ elastin production & keep up our level of CoQ10 up as we age. Once our natural levels of CoQ10 start to decline already in our 20s, the skin starts to age and topical use of CoQ10 has been proven over and over increasing it's levels and providing energy to cell to work better ➡️ see all mentioned here www.TheNaturalFaces.com (link in bio) ▪︎ regular stimulation massage techniques using hands or guasha boosting that flow within tissues to feed and nourish from within ▪︎ extra perks as my Silk pillowcases that I even always bring on the trips to help skin glow ▪︎ also Eat your Glow! Feeding my skin with collagen boosting and nourishing foods ➡️ Commet GLOW FOODS if you want me to post my fave food choices for glowing skin ✨️ ▪︎ supplements that REALLY support the collagen production and health of our tissues For me it's Japanese SPERMIDINE and not some protein/collagen powders See my highlight titled SPERMIDINE for all details and 20% off discount code & a link . . . #glowingskindiet #glowingskinsecrets #spermidinelife #bouncyskin #matureskincare #skincareafter40 #holisticbeauty #holisticaging

I personally never jump to try ANY trends because: 1. Either I don't know much about subject & need time to research first 2. Or I do know a lot & trend makes zero sense 3. Or not much information or long-term data available to form a comprehensive assessment. That makes me want to give trend at least couple of years & watch data come out. ▪︎Rubber bands on ears to depuff faces is just silly & not fully executed. 5 min neck/ear massage is way more effective & correct to open up chest/neck lymph flow passages first to allow fluids to actually drain from face. ▪︎ cold plunging for women & for each individual has sooo many unanswered questions for me - cortisol level spikes when majority of us already are in constant fight or flight mode, effects on hormones, hormonal changes, such coldness effect for dry or sensitive skins, where are studies on reproductive system & such cold & frequent exposure, etc ▪︎ red light face MASKS A. I'm extremely cautious about beauty products especially when it comes to trendy beauty products as i am very aware & very familiar with HUGE percentage of fake beauty products with no science, no technology behind etc. Once a trend pops out, brands jump on it to make a quick $$ selling absolute garbage. B. Red light has amazing extensive benefits for our tissues functions however, specifically masks might not be the right product because of very important nuances. • I don't understand treating just face w/red light & not neck, chest, scalp (crucial areas for full facial beautification to me) • from what I see, majority masks have SAME wavelengths across meaning areas with thin, delicate skin get same intensity as thicker skin areas. Would be either too low for thicker skin areas or too high for thinner, fragile areas. Not desirable either way & light can't diffuse because masks are just too close to skin • real collagen/elastin production boost comes from deeper penetration that most masks don't provide because of low intensity, same w/inflammation. So no serious, real rejuvenation/welness/beautification is possible with most masks, mostly surface level perks. I am personally more interested in deeper work & benefits.

Take a moment for yourself with this quick chest calming gua sha massage. Melt away tension, bring on calmness, boost circulation and reconnect with yourself one slow stroke at a time. Tight/shortened depressor muscles that go from corners of lips to lower jaw bone contribute to marionette lines /jowls / droopy mouth corners
Tight/shortened depressor muscles that go from corners of lips to lower jaw bone contribute to marionette lines /jowls / droopy mouth corners. How to do technique: ▪︎ make ☹️ face to see/ feel the angle of your depressor muscles. ▪︎ start by massaging in circles the attachment of the muscle at the jaw bone first ▪︎ then massage the corner of lips, you'll feel that area as a knot ▪︎ only after releasing both attachments ends, start lifting and lengthening the muscle leading with thumb inside the mouth. Follow the angle of your muscle ▪︎ keep fingers relaxed, slow and gentle moves, jaw and face relaxed, a little oil for glide, clean hands/gloves optional ▪︎ after massage, use my face taping application for marionette lines to prolong and intensity the effects. Japanese face tape to use is on my website (linkn in bio) . . . #buccalmassage #marionettelines #marionettelineshack #jowls #jowlsmassage #doublechinexercises #faceyoga #facemassagetutorial

Due to popular request, here is my another evening beauty routine option
Due to popular request, here is my another evening beauty routine option. Simplicity and effectiveness are my priorities. Products used here are: ▪︎ Japanese Sake mask (on clean face of course) a Japanese secret to lighten and brighten skin spots for a porcelain skin effect. ▪︎ Hydrating toner (either Rose or Peach Moon) to deeply hydrate skin ▪︎ I followed with Balancing Face Oil to seal all that hydration from previous step and deeply nourish skin during night 🤍 ALL these are available here After that I would follow with my face tape applications either for wrinkles control on forehead area or for jaw tension or whatever I feel I need on a certain day. A scrap from my face would be used as mouth tape pretty much nightly 🌙 for the best night 😴 sleep Of course I love multitasking and doing my face techniques while having the mask on is a perfect solution! Let me know in comments if you want me to record a more detailed video on any of the steps I show here 🫶 . . . #beautysecrets #holisticskincare #japaneseskincare #japanesesakemask #beautyafter50 #selfcareafter40 #matureskincare #antiagingtips #glassskinproducts

This time around I decided to have a conversation with ChatGPT
This time around I decided to have a conversation with ChatGPT. I hope you'll find it interesting. I always see beauty industry advertise great things about popular treatments, and not enough deeper understanding on many nuances that can play a huge role. And I hope before you spend thousands on beauty treatments, you look deeper into your own body capacity and ability at the moment to respond properly to the procedure. Are you stressed? Are you dealing with gut or skin issues? Are you perimenopausal dealing with hormonal changes? Are you doing bunch of beauty treatments or injections and your tissues are jumping from 1 inflammation into another without enough time in between to recover? Are you having any medical conditions? Are you even aware that all those things and more can have an impact on whether your body/ tissues will have a positive or negative reaction/outcome to procedures?? We often don't think about it, but our tissues and our body need to be in at least a good form to respond positively to treatments. And that's one of reasons why some might have great results and others terrible outcomes from these popular treatments. What's better for health, longevity and vitality of our facial skin? 🤍🤍
