Tight/shortened depressor muscles that go from corners of lips to lower jaw bone contribute to marionette lines /jowls / droopy mouth corners. How to do technique: ▪︎ make ☹️ face to see/ feel the angle of your depressor muscles. ▪︎ start by massaging in circles the attachment of the muscle at the jaw bone first ▪︎ then massage the corner of lips, you'll feel that area as a knot ▪︎ only after releasing both attachments ends, start lifting and lengthening the muscle leading with thumb inside the mouth. Follow the angle of your muscle ▪︎ keep fingers relaxed, slow and gentle moves, jaw and face relaxed, a little oil for glide, clean hands/gloves optional ▪︎ after massage, use my face taping application for marionette lines to prolong and intensity the effects. Japanese face tape to use is on my website (linkn in bio) . . . #buccalmassage #marionettelines #marionettelineshack #jowls #jowlsmassage #doublechinexercises #faceyoga #facemassagetutorial
