it shocks me that comments like this still exist! while I’m personally unbothered, many women might not be. and that’s what upsets me the most!! it’s disheartening (and frankly, infuriating) that one woman would say this to another, as if anyone has the right to tell someone else how they should dress or express themselves?! I couldn’t be prouder of my belly! after everything we went through to get here, as I’ve spoken openly about, I take every opportunity to celebrate this baby bump every chance I get. here’s a bunchhhh of gym selfie with me and my belly 😌 I hope this post encourages others to block out negativity and shut down this kind of toxic mindset. your pregnancy will always be unique to you! it feels like there’s a lot of comparison among pregnant women. how big your belly is. if you get stretch marks. how much weight you’ve gained. what your cravings are. if you’re working out.. etc. but the truth is, none of it defines your strength, your experience or your worth as a mom! some days you’ll feel like a superhero. other days a nap on the couch feels like a major accomplishment. your body is building a little human. you don’t owe anyone a flat stomach, perfect skin or to “bounce back” in a certain timeline. celebrate this journey, the mess around it and everything in between. this journey is yours, and that’s what makes it special & beautiful

I’ve held on to my normal routines which has also helped me to keep my energy levels balanced throughout the day 1 tumbler water, l-glutamine & lemon 🍋 2-3 tumblers plane water during the day breakfast 🥯 3 slices of bread, philadelphia cheese, 2 eggs & cottage cheese lunch 🍝 chicken mince stew with pasta ingredients - chicken mince, garlic, crushed tomatoes, tomatoes, mushrooms, cream cheese. spices - salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika powder, fresh basil snack 🥝 kiwi, banana, grapes & honey dinner 🥘 chicken filet, roasted potatoes & side salad evening snack 🍨 ice cream made from vanilla low fat yogurt, nut butter, raspberries & flavour powder vitamins I take: magnesium, zinc, iron, d-vitamin, omega3 & folic acid lmk if you have any questions xx

is it normal to feel that the second pregnancy is speeding super fast?! it just me or hasn’t this gone by so fast!? 🙃😬🥲 60 days left to due date.. whaaat?! workout details - this workout is from the @ownuapp and my latest guide. lean 30 - back & abs. nowadays I train one upper body session /week and therefore added 2 shoulder exercises to this workout instead of abs. I also did pec dec rear delts as the first exercise but forgot to record it lol. 3 x 8-10,8-10,12-15 reps. lmk if you try it out! THANK YOU for the everyday support xxxx

I am not telling anyone what do to.. but what I am doing is to INSPIRE women and strong mamas to dare to keep being active during their pregnancy (if the pregnancy is healthy and free from complications) and this is something that we need to spread awareness about!! 🩵 too many are afraid to train because of comments just like the ones I got/am getting!
