when I was pregnant with Collin, I got tons of negative comments about training while pregnant. 5 years has passed by since and even tho it’s not the same amount of comments, they are still there! women telling women not to do this and that. I am not telling anyone what do to.. but what I am doing is to INSPIRE women and strong mamas to dare to keep being active during their pregnancy (if the pregnancy is healthy and free from complications) and this is something that we need to spread awareness about!! 🩵 too many are afraid to train because of comments just like the ones I got/am getting! YOU know your body and your boundaries best, stay active for you and for your baby! here’s a session to save and try out for later 🤝🏼 details: 1. bss 3 x 10-12,10-12, 12-15 reps each 2. smith squats 3 x 8-10,10-12,12-15 reps 3. kas hip thrust 3 x 10-12,10-12,12-15 reps 4. cable step ups 2-3 x 10,12,10-12,(12-15) reps each 5. leg extensions 3 x 8-10,10-12,12-15 reps thank you for being here doing this together with me xx
