we’re makin’ st pattys pistachio mousse 💚🍀 (high in protein and not too sweet!) recipe: 1 cup of cottage cheese (preferably @good_culture) 1 tsp matcha powder (we used @thematchafreak) 2-3 tbsp Pistakio Creamy Pistachio Spread 1-2 tsp maple syrup or any sweetener a pinch of salt blend all the ingredients (taste as you go!!!), and then pour into a bowl. refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until set. top with crushed pistachios and enjoy!!!🤤
