no trending audio, just the sound of these HIGH PROTEIN PISTACHIO CHOCOLATE FROYO BARS 🍫💚‼️ need we say more? oh, and they’re df, gf & vegan🥳 ingredients (makes ~4 bars or 1 c of filling): - ~1 c chocolate chips, melted (for outer coating) - 1 c df yogurt (I used df @forager cashew-milk yogurt, can sub w regular - 4 tbsp cocoa powder (1 1/2 for less intense chocolate) - 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder (replace w cocoa powder if you don’t want protein powder) - 4 tsp maple syrup or agave syrup - pinch of salt - 1 jar of crunchy @eatpistakio pistachio spread - crushed pistachios, optional - sea salt, optional - Pistakio creamy pistachio spread, optional process: - grab any silicone mold you have at home or cupcake liners (just note that the ingredient measurements may just be slightly different) - pour your melted chocolate into your molds, & move it around to make sure all the molds are covered. then pour out the extra melted chocolate into another bowl & set aside (this will be used to cover the top of the bars). place in the refrigerator for 30 min so chocolate can set/harden. - in a bowl, combine cocoa, protein powder, maple syrup, & df yogurt. - now PAUSE, & taste the mixture. if it’s not sweet enough, add more maple syrup. if it’s not chocolatey enough, add more cocoa. tasting as you go is KEY here. - once it tastes divine, get your silicone molds out of the refrigerator. the chocolate should be solid now. - fill each chocolate mold with the yogurt mixture until it is 3/4 full (or more if you want more yogurt to pistachio butter ratio). then top/fill up the bar with crunchy pistachio spread. spread evenly. - pour the leftover chocolate over the tops of the bars to seal them up & pop them back in the fridge. once hardened, top with more creamy pistachio spread, sea salt & crushed pistachios. - DEVOUR!! #pistachio #pistachiospread #pistachiocream #pistachiodessert #sweettreat #proteindessert
