The Bravery formed in 2003 as part of the post-punk revival scene in New York City. With only a 3 song demo, the band grew quickly thanks to burned CDs and mp3 downloads from their Myspace page. The band released their self-titled debut album in 2005, debuting at 18 on the Billboard charts thanks to the single "An Honest Mistake" that combines influences from '80s goth and '90s indie rock. Lead guitarist Michael Zakarin and vocalist Sam Endicott can been seen playing VOX amps both live and in the band's colorful music videos, notably an AC30 Super Twin head and cab and two AC30 combos. @minusthebear combine elements of math rock, electronic music, and indie rock to create a unique sound. The band formed in 2001, combining members of established Seattle bands Botch, Kill Sadie, and Sharks Keep Moving. The band pushed the boundaries of indie rock, bringing experimental playing techniques and complex song structures to wider audiences with a more approachable sound. Singer and guitarist Jake Snider has used AC30s throughout the later period of the band, using the Normal channel for the simplicity and its clean tone. In 2018, the band played a farewell tour and released a final EP, but in 2025 the band has reunited to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their cult-classic album Menos El Oso.

@primalscreamofficial are a Scottish band formed in 1982, best known for their 1991 album Screamadelica. Formed by Bobby Gillespie as a backlash to the era's new wave music, the band initially was a side project while Gillespie played drums in The Jesus And Mary Chain. After the release of Primal Scream's first single, he decided to focus on the band more and left The Jesus And Mary Chain. Primal Scream has had a who's-who of rotating session players, including My Bloody Valentine's Kevin Shields and Debbie Googe, The Stone Roses' Gary Mounfield, and Barrie Cadogan. While you can hear an AC30 across Screamadelica's tracks, the band is more known for their use of VOX Phantom Special VI and Starstream teardrop guitars. The band continues to perform and released their most recent album, Come Ahead, in 2024.
