The road to the Hoh Rain Forest in Olympic National Park is finally open again! This means you can access the famous Hall of Mosses Trail, Spruce Nature Trail, and more 🌲🌿 The Hoh River flooded back in December 2024 and ripped away a section of the Upper Hoh Road. It has been closed ever since. Emergency funding from the state government and private donations have allowed for repairs to be completed earlier than expected. Just in time for summer adventures! let me explain the family one 😆 when I was a toddler my dad was joking around one day and calling me a cricket player’s long name (Australian things…) and it then it eventually got shortened/simplified down to just “dude”. my whole life people have looked at us so funny when my parents & auntie casually call me “dude” in public, especially when I was a kid hahaha and the “Mrs Roaming” one always catches me off guard when we check in to hotels for work and a client has booked it… even funnier when they call Matt “Mr Roaming” 😂 nicknames in general are so cute & funny. what is the funniest nickname you’ve ever had? #nametrend #nicknametrend #nickname #grandtetonnationalpark

Washington is pure magic 🌼😌✨ these balsamroot wildflowers were peaking earlier this week out near Leavenworth, so they probably won’t be around much longer. If you plan to visit ⤵️ ⚠️ Please STAY ON THE TRAIL and don’t pick the wildflowers. I saw so many people trampling & sitting on the flowers, and I think it’s because they don’t understand that it takes these plants years to grow & mature. We need to protect them if we want to enjoy their beautiful blooms every year. I was able to catch all these videos plus a bunch of beautiful photos without going off trail once. There are endless things to do in New York City and you could definitely substitute or move around some activities on this 3 day NYC itinerary. I’ve visited a few other times and had already done things like the Empire State Building, Top of the Rock, Statue of Liberty, Times Square, etc, hence why they are excluded. Also because I think they are a little overrated… NYC is one of those cities where you can visit for weeks and only just scratch the surface! The last one might be controversial 😬🇮🇸 Iceland is such a magical country and I have been lucky enough to visit 4 times now… and I could go back again and again! There are truly endless things to see and do when exploring Iceland and it can be difficult to pick and choose things for your itinerary.
