The road to the Hoh Rain Forest in Olympic National Park is finally open again! This means you can access the famous Hall of Mosses Trail, Spruce Nature Trail, and more 🌲🌿 The Hoh River flooded back in December 2024 and ripped away a section of the Upper Hoh Road. It has been closed ever since. Emergency funding from the state government and private donations have allowed for repairs to be completed earlier than expected. Just in time for summer adventures! If you visit please follow Leave No Trace principles, including staying on the trails, packing out of all your trash, and not feeding wild animals. ⚠️ Note that the Hoh Rainforest Campground is still closed and the river doesn’t open to fishing until June 1. #olympicnationalpark #hohrainforest #hallofmosses #olympicpeninsula #washingtonstate | national parks hiking | olympic peninsula | washington state hiking trails
