New oven. Banging Bakes 🔥🔥🔥 Ooni asked me to test out the Koda 2 with Neapolitan bakes. I fired up the Ooni Koda 2 and it’s impressive. It’s out the box ready, just fold down the legs, and it reached my preferred cooking temp 440C super quick. It’s got great heat retention and cooks delicious, Neapolitan-style pizza in just 60 seconds. The larger cooking area (now 14”) made it easy to maneuver pizzas, and the results were banging. I prefer a slightly darker bake, it’s easy to dial in with total flame control - cooking for another 30s with the flame on low.
