BAKLAVA FOCACCIA MUFFINS 🍞💚🌰 aka the perfect cross between a pistachio muffin and a fluffy delicious @itsjennieshouse focaccia ‼️ here’s how to make them: -mix together your @itsjennieshouse NEW focaccia mix according to the instructions on the package -fold two tbsp Pistakio Creamy Spread into the dough - before the final proof, oil a muffin tin and take about 25-40g of dough, turn it into a ball, and place inside the muffin tins (amount depends on how deep your muffin tin is! remember to leave room for it to proof and rise) -rise for 2-4 hours or until puffy and doubled in size -chop up pistachios + walnuts and sprinkle onto muffins. create dimples inside the dough for the nuts to tuck in (you don’t want them all over or they will burn) -bake until golden at 400° for 20-30 minutes -once cooled, use a knife to make a small hole in the focaccia and use a piping bag to pipe Pistakio Crunchy Spread -try not to eat them all at once 😎 #pistachio #pistachiospread #focaccia #baklava #focacciabread #baking
