We've been making tallow products since before they were cool- in fact, in 2010, when we launched our tallow bar soap, we couldn't hardly give it away. The soap was great- it's the lovely recipe we still use today, but the thought of bathing with animal fat simply wasn't a thing. Today, we can't keep our tallow products in stock! We are glad to see this trend come, and we hope it's here to stay. But, for the record, those of you tallow lovers who have not yet tried pork lard products are missing out. Tallow is like the pretty, popular girl in high school- she's got the looks and the legs. Lard is the funny girl with a great personality. She's the one you want, and soon enough, I bet lard will be all the rage.
