FabU Supplements founder Laura explains that making it part of your daily routine is essential, suggesting setting an alarm or storing your supplements somewhere you will see them daily as a reminder. Laura continues by discussing how results can take time to be felt and seen – but that doesn’t mean they are not working their magic! Laura suggests giving a supplement 3-5 weeks before expecting to see a difference with a bit longer (5-6 weeks minimum) for a skin supplement as this accounts for the length of the skin cycle.
