@paula_findlay does it again. A hard fought win at @ironmantri St. George 70.3. Paula was third out of the water, second off the bike and then literally ran away with it. Her secret? Beside dedication, hard work and a supportive partner in @eric_lagerstrom it’s getting in enough carbs on the bike to fuel her run. During the bike she uses a couple packets of Tailwind High Carb Lemonade and that’s it! Congrats to Paula on her second win this season. We had so much fun following along.
