I’m just a girl. ☺️💪🏻😘 We drove up to the mill at Central Milling yesterday and restocked our kitchen full of 50lb and 25lb Artisan Bakers Craft (PLUS) organic bread flour, which is my all time favorite if I’m not fresh milling my own Einkorn grain. The higher protein really helps develop a better gluten network in the bread, IMO. Also, we got these 25lb bags for $20!!!! Yes, you read that right. It was totally worth the 4-hour roundtrip to Logan, UT. 😉 We grabbed a BUNCH of 25 pounders to giveaway to you in a giveaway this week (US only). We can’t wait! They sadly no longer have 2-gallon ones for sale but have 1 gallon and 1/2 gallon glass jars. I love these for storing flour, grains, or even our Eden starter. They’re perfect for starters that stay on the counter and don’t get placed in the fridge. If you’re not going to feed your starter daily, I would grab one of our locking lid Le Parfait jars in our shop so you can keep mold spores out and other harmful bacteria for your starter.
