Ingredients -1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt -1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional) -1 tablespoon peanut butter -Cinnamon, to taste -Purely Elizabeth Cookie Granola Clusters -1 chopped peanut butter bar -Chocolate chips, melted Directions: Mix together the yogurt, protein powder (if using), peanut butter, cinnamon, chopped peanut butter bar, and Cookie Granola Clusters. Using a cookie scoop, portion the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray. Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with extra crushed granola. Freeze until firm and enjoy straight from the freezer.
