Dinner last night!⬇️ Quick & easy!!😋 I got a complementary @goplantstrong sweet curry burger mix at plant-based event in Houston a couple weeks ago. I decided to give it a try, and it didn’t disappoint! I love the taste, the texture, and how easy it is to make! I am not a big fan of burgers 🍔, so I served it with veggies, hummus, and sprouts.
