Prepare a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spoon applesauce onto crust. Optional to sprinkle with cinnamon. Layer apple slices in a circular pattern. Using a pastry brush, brush apples with maple syrup. Zest the lemon over the entire pizza. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
