The Story of Journey Fish.   An artistic collaboration among friends @mcfetridge @hypetypestudio @bonfirebeachkids   Diving deeper into what “Find Your Outerknown” means, we began exploring its connection to nature and water. At the end of the day, our mission is to make the most versatile clothing for the human adventure—and for us, surfing is a big part of that experience.   What started as a conversation between our Creative Director John Moore (@bonfirebeachkids), Designers Paul Hutchison (@paulhutchison) & Ross Burwell (@ross.burwell) of @hypetypestudio, and prolific artist Geoff McFetridge (@mcfetridge) turned into an artistic collaboration. With a shared love of surfing as their common thread, and sketches featuring creatures of earth and space, they ultimately coalesced around the fish.   Perhaps the ‘Journey Fish’ is the story of life on Earth itself. If we are former sea dwellers, evolved into modern humans, it’s no wonder we’re drawn back to the warm embrace of the ocean—a full-circle reunion.   The Journey Fish symbolizes a rewarding, full existence. Traveling the world or just down the street, with a deeper connection to the people you meet, the food you taste, the music you hear—while absorbing the style cues and artistic influences you pick up along the way.   It represents a life of adventure, environmental accountability, and good times.   The de facto icon of the infinitely curious—it’s a badge for those on the quest to “Find Your Outerknown” every damn day.   #FindYourOuterknown
