Introducing Colombia Carlos Soto CWCF #5 A washed coffee that left a shockingly clean impression. 
This lot placed 5th at the Colombia Washed Coffee Festival 2025, a competition dedicated only to washed coffees. Our roaster Takuya joined on-site as one of the judges, and among all non-Geisha lots, this was the one scored highest. Bright blood orange, juicy white peach, and a floral aroma — vibrant yet transparent in clarity. We visited producer Carlos Andres Soto at Finca Monserrate, located in the highlands of Gaitania, Tolima (1,810m).
 Carlos is just 32, carrying forward his grandfather’s farming legacy. He grows varieties like Colombia, Cenicafé, and Castillo, and although he’s still learning cupping, his drive and the potential of his land are undeniable - especially with a neighboring farm having achieved COE 1st place. Kurasu is honored to share this coffee, a cup that represents Colombia’s future.

トリマ県ガイタニアの高地、標高1,810mにあるフィンカ・モンセラーテで、祖父から受け継いだ農園を守り続けています。 
Colombia、Cenicafé、Castillo などを栽培し、まだカッピングを学んでいる段階ではありますが、品質向上への意欲、そして土地の持つポテンシャルは確かなもの。
