INGREDIENTS • 1 T avocado oil • 6 oz onion, finely chopped • 3 cloves garlic, crushed • 2 lb ground beef • 1 serving Beef Soup Base Keto Chow • 2 T taco seasoning • 12 oz thick and chunky red salsa • 4 oz yellow bell pepper, chopped • 1 t konjac flour/glucomannan powder • 5 8” keto or low-carb tortillas • 10 oz Mexican-style shredded cheese blend* • 8” springform pan DIRECTIONS 1. Heat oil in a skillet. Sauté onion and garlic until soft. 2. Add beef and cook until no longer pink. 3. Stir in Keto Chow and taco seasoning. 4. Add salsa and bell pepper. Mix well. 5. Sprinkle konjac flour and stir to thicken. Cook 5 mins. 6. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease springform pan. 7. Layer tortilla → meat sauce → cheese. Repeat 4 times. 8. Top with final tortilla and cheese. 9. Bake 20 mins until cheese is golden. 10. Cool 10 mins before slicing.
