Payz by Alors Studio (@alorsstudio) A minimalist residence composed of three concrete volumes referencing local dry-stone walls. Each unit serves a distinct function and is connected externally by a path. A later expansion introduced a private corridor, linking two volumes and adding interior programs such as bedrooms, a bathroom, and a reading area. The architecture integrates with the terrain through a cantilevered slab and concrete walkway, echoing the site’s terraces. Interiors feature a mineral courtyard, built-in wooden seating, and filtered daylight through brown sheers, combining raw concrete with timber details.
