FUBA Bakery by @isernserra Located in Madrid’s Justicia district, FUBA Bakery was designed by Isern Serra with a focus on spatial clarity and material contrast. The interior uses a reduced palette of microcement, stainless steel, and natural stone. A central counter forms the core of the layout. It consists of a welded stainless steel worktop and a rough-cut stone block, joined into a fixed unit used for preparation and service.
