2 years ago I made the internet nervous when I chopped all the leaves and branches off this Fiddle Leaf Fig (were you here for that?) But it’s a good thing I did because look at that amazing regrowth!! If you want to give your fiddle a makeover this spring and summer, here are the steps: 1. For the next 2 to 3 waterings double the @happyhappyhouseplant Plant Food dosage from 1 ml per gallon of water to 2 ml per gallon of water. 2. Once you start to see some new growth on your tree, it’s time to chop. Grab a clean pair of sheers and start pruning. Make your cut at the height you want new branches to grow! 3. Place your tree in a spot with great lighting and continue watering with Plant Food at the normal dosage, 1 ml per gallon of water. Then sit back and watch those new leaves and branches grow!
