fettuccine alfredo ❤️ @hedleyandbennett for your pasta dough! start with 2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour create a well in the center of the flour add 4 eggs to the well whisk eggs together, slowly incorporating flour once eggs and flour are mixed (you will have leftover flour) knead the dough together for at least 5 minutes until smooth let rest for 30 minutes after 30 minutes roll and cut into noodles boil in salted water for 2-3 minutes for Alfredo sauce! melt 2 tbsp butter add 3-4 cloves of garlic, cook until browned add 2 tbsp flour to create roux add 2 cups of heavy whipping cream (slowly), mixing well while adding add freshly grated parm season with salt, pepper, and parsley toss in your noodles and you’re done!
