Rating the Chicken Parm Sandwich 🥪 I’m trying, rating, and ranking the world’s most popular sandwiches to find the ultimate sandwich king 👑 What famous sandwich should I try next? Apron from @hedleyandbennett ♥️ RECIPE ⤵️ 🥘 Ingredients CHICKEN 1 chicken breast (cut in half horizontally) 1 cup all purpose flour (seasoned with your seasonings of choice) 2 whole eggs (whisked) 1 cup of Italian bread crumbs 1 cup extra virgin olive oil Salt & pepper to taste EVERYTHING ELSE Marinara sauce Shredded mozzarella cheese Grated parmesan cheese 1 baguette (cut in half horizontally) 2 tbsp butter (to toast the bread) Fresh basil ✍️ Instructions Preheat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. While that preheats, take your cut in half chicken breast, lay it on a baking sheet, cover it with plastic wrap, and beat it until it’s thin. First dip it in the seasoned flour, then in the whisked eggs, and finally in the Italian bread crumbs. Be sure to fully coat the chicken during each step. Once the oil is preheated, CAREFULLY lay the chicken in the oil away from you and fry until the outside is golden brown and the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165 fahrenheit (about 2-3 minutes per side). Once it’s finished, set on a cooling rack and immediately season with salt and pepper. While the chicken rests, preheat your broiler and add 1 tbsp of butter to each side of your cut in half baguette. Top the chicken with marinara, shredded mozzarella, and grated parmesan. Broil the chicken and the bread together until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is golden brown and melted. The bread may toast faster than the cheese, so pay attention. Add a layer of marinara to the bottom half of the baguette, followed by the chicken, some fresh basil, the top half of the baguette, and enjoy!

Smoked Trout Dip so good, we skipped the formalities and the plates😏✨ 🙌🏻. Reunited with my OG @hedleyandbennett squad @arikolender for a @foundoyster collab that tasted like the old days. Also who needs spoons when you’ve got Ritz crackers (and zero shame)? 🥄🤓🔥 Recipe and the link to Ari’s cookbook for more delicious recipes like this below! 3 tablespoons crème fraîche 2 tablespoons cream cheese 3 tablespoons minced fresh chives, plus more for garnish 21/2 tablespoons finely chopped shallot 1 tablespoon plus 11/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 8 ounces (225 g) boneless, skinless smoked rainbow trout or smoked fish of choice Olive oil, for drizzling Roe (optional), such as wasabi flying fish roe or smoked trout roe, for garnish Ritz crackers or saltines, for serving 1- In a large bowl, whisk together the crème fraîche and cream cheese until well combined and homogenous. Whisk in the chives, shallot, lemon juice, and salt. 2- Use your hands to break the fish into 1-inch (2.5 cm) or so chunks and add it to the bowl. Use the whisk to gently incorporate the trout into the mixture, scraping the bowl constantly, until all of the chunks of fish have broken into marble-size or smaller pieces, being careful not to overwork or beat up the fish. 3- Serve the dip immediately or store it covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
