THE Sour Cream and Onion Martini 🍸 Celebrating the return of the iconic @getgraza Olive Oil Potato Chip, I present my take on the viral sour cream and onion martini. It’s salty, tangy, and has a sweet caramelized onion flavor. It’s the hotter cousin of a dirty martini 😤 Recipe 2 1/2 oz onion-infused, @getgraza fat-washed Gin 1/2 oz dill-infused dry vermouth 8-10 drops of 5% lactic acid saline solution Onion Infused Graza Fat Washed Gin: Add 1/4 cup of caramelized onions to a jar. Add 4 cups Gin to 1 cup Graza Drizzle. Add 5 grams of dried onion flakes. Shake and allow to infuse on the counter for 3-4 hours. Freeze overnight, strain infused gin from frozen olive oil through coffee filters. Dill-infused dry vermouth: Add 1 oz of fresh dill to 2 cups of dry vermouth. Let infuse in the fridge for 2-3 days. 5% lactic acid solution: Add 5 grams of lactic acid to 100 grams of warm water.
