Progress is quiet. You usually don’t notice it happening. I definitely don’t see progress every session, I don’t PB every week (lucky to PB a few times a year to be honest), and some weeks I can even feel like I’m going backwards. But keep showing up. Because the work you’re doing today might not show itself tomorrow. Give it 3 months, 6 months, a year… and you’ll be so glad you didn’t stop just because you couldn’t see it yet. Consistency has a way of turning into progress when you give it enough time.
