Today’s New Moon in Taurus invites us to find the divine in the daily, the sacred in the simple: the warmth of sunlight, the softness of feathers, the pleasure of touch. Taurus teaches that the divine is not elsewhere—it lives in the body, the senses, the daily acts of care and pleasure. it’s the new green emerging from the soil. how incredible when you ensoul that action. • When we feel safe, we can root deeply into the restorative rhythms of the parasympathetic nervous system, where rest, digestion, pleasure, repair...all unfold naturally. i will say this forever…. the best way to get to know a plant is to be with it. tend it, sit with it, do all the research and talk to other but don’t forget to also take it, alone, as a simple, and see how it interacts with you. i’ve learned so much, embodied knowing, being with plants this way. • a “simple” is a tincture of one herb rather than a blend. • This plant is a top must have for me. But i offer herbs in this place. they can also help you sink into parasympathetic states so fast. pair this with breath work, or music, and we are getting back to human states we have evolved with through the centuries. • Passionflower makes a great ally when you want to unwind at the end of the day, calm anxious energy, and drift peacefully to sleep. As an herb of Neptune, it allows pent-up energy to dissolve, to connect our hearts with our higher selves, and blur the walls we put up throughout the day.
