i will say this forever…. the best way to get to know a plant is to be with it. tend it, sit with it, do all the research and talk to other but don’t forget to also take it, alone, as a simple, and see how it interacts with you. i’ve learned so much, embodied knowing, being with plants this way. • a “simple” is a tincture of one herb rather than a blend. • This plant is a top must have for me.
