Pico de Gallo 🌶️ for some Cinco De Mayo fun 💃 Ingredients- 2 medium onions 1-2 large jalapeño (1 for mild, 2 for medium) 4-5 limes 10 Roma tomatoes 1 bunch of cilantro 3 1/2 teaspoons Redmond Kosher Salt Directions- 1. Finely chop onions & jalapeño 2. Toss onion & jalapeño in lime juice & Redmond Kosher Salt, set aside and allow to sit for 15 minutes 3. Meanwhile finely chop your tomatoes & cilantro 4. Toss everything together. 5. Taste & adjust saltiness to your taste with Redmond Kosher Salt 6.
