We chew real rawhides! Most of our cattle hides are sent to our Makerspace where we turn them into the perfect treat for our pets! They'll keep your dog busy for hours! And, a special thanks to Millie and Huck, our bernedoodle pups who are the farthest thing from farm working dogs. Everything has its place here, and theirs happens to be in our laps. Congratulations to our whole team for bringing home a win from this years Flavor of Georgia competition. Our Cane Syrup Sausage was named best in the meat and seafood category. We really enjoyed our interview with Kyle and Anthony at ReGen Brands - and we are glad they asked how the name "White Oak Pastures" came to be!

Since so many things are happening on the farm, we thought it would be fun to put together a week in review reel, which we hope to post every week. We hope you enjoy! - Our pigs feasted on pecans and eggs. - We worked through and tagged our sheep flock. - We aerated the soil in our vegetable garden to start planting more summer crops. - We harvested some wild berries in the fence rows near the cabins. - Our rabbits weighed in and new ear ID tattoos. - Our hogs got a new slip and slide. - We hosted some wonderful folks at the CFAR Immersive Introduction to Regenerative Agriculture workshop. - We moved our "rabbitat" for fresh grazing. We hope you had as good of a week as we did!

Our lettuce is really putting on a show this Spring- stop by our General Store this weekend and pick up a bag (or two) or order one of our salads in our restaurant! Great job to the garden crew for such a wonderful crop!
