While we have no reports of injury, we are taking this action to prevent the possibility of future incidents. Consumers are asked to check the lot code printed on the wood base. Consumers should return the product to Manhattan Toy to obtain a refund or a $16 credit towards a purchase on our website, www.manhattantoy.com.
