Apple pie French toast This is my favorite breakfast… My favorite lunch… And sometimes even a dessert. Lol. Loaded with protein and light and calories There are two phases to this recipe DICE up, one apple, place in pot with half cup of water, and lots of cinnamon. Put on a lid and steam the apples. As the apples are cooking, place four slices of a low sugar cinnamon bread in a skillet. For as much egg white, as you can on top of the bread, until all the bread is very saturated. After a few minutes, flip it over and the other side on the pan. Remove the apples from the pot, and quickly throw them in a blender or food processor to pulse. Keeping our appetite in check and making the time to get in fresh produce at each meal is often tough with busy schedules. This green smoothie shot checks off all the boxes. I make this first thing in the morning and have 1/3 of it with each of my meals throughout the day (make sure you have a protein with it) Not only is it brimming with vegetables, but it actually makes you feel very very full and helps with portion control. In a blender add Two stocks of celery Two carrots A massive fistful of kale One apple Lime juice Fresh ginger One cup of water Blend it all up , chill and drink it at the beginning of each meal

Sugar-free “Cinnabon” cinnamon sticks For some reason, lots of kids don’t like the crust of bread. My kids are no different, and my son loves to rip the crust off of all of his peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I figured out an amazing way to use this crust and turn it into the most delicious no sugar added dessert ever Something so good, that not only my kids love it, but I tend to dust off most of it before it even makes it to the table. Directions Melt one heaping tablespoon of butter Add 2 tablespoon monk fruit powder (or whatever sweetener you like) Add lots of cinnamon Mix into uniform Add crusts and mix until saturated with the other ingredients. Place saturated crusts in air fryer at 350° for 5 to 7 minutes As this is happening… Add one to 2 cups of frozen berries in a pot on high Add lemon juice Cook until berries are soft and warm, than mash Pour the mashed berries on a plate, place the cinnamon sticks around the berries, and enjoy!

I originally put this up on stories, but a lot of people ask for me to make it a hard post. There’s so many people on social media giving you all sorts of health advice. Most of them, have absolutely no credentials or education in the fields they are ranting about. Most of them are trying to sell you a product or service. More important, most of them are trying to tell you something that’s exciting, new, or fun. A very few of them, are actually talking to you honestly and directly Very a few of them are actually going to give you information that is relevant, inexpensive, or free, accurate. I made this post because I get inundated with people asking me questions about Biohack fad! Or as I like to call it, bio crap. 99 times out of 100, if someone calls themselves a bio hacker, they’re trying to sell you something. There are a number of very smart people I like on social media, that are not only incredibly intelligent, but are able to articulate complex health issues in a very simple, straightforward, honest way.
