I originally put this up on stories, but a lot of people ask for me to make it a hard post. There’s so many people on social media giving you all sorts of health advice. Most of them, have absolutely no credentials or education in the fields they are ranting about. Most of them are trying to sell you a product or service. More important, most of them are trying to tell you something that’s exciting, new, or fun. A very few of them, are actually talking to you honestly and directly Very a few of them are actually going to give you information that is relevant, inexpensive, or free, accurate. I made this post because I get inundated with people asking me questions about Biohack fad! Or as I like to call it, bio crap. 99 times out of 100, if someone calls themselves a bio hacker, they’re trying to sell you something. There are a number of very smart people I like on social media, that are not only incredibly intelligent, but are able to articulate complex health issues in a very simple, straightforward, honest way. Check out… @dr_idz @biolayne @peterattiamd @simonhill ( there are many more…)
