I was told I’d never be able to do this again (ring muscle up) post double ‘decompression and clavicle resection’ surgery (6m ago). Set realistic goals, get after them, never give up and never let this platform or anyone body shame you. I was not always able to do x10 pull ups! And getting to muscle ups didn’t just happen over night.
 Here’s my timeline: 1️⃣ April 25 → Bar Muscle Up, Ring Muscle Up (weighted) 2️⃣ July 23 → x10 chin ups but only x3 banded PU 3️⃣ October 23 → x3 PU and x5 banded PU 4️⃣ March 24 → x10 PU club 5️⃣ November 24 → x14 PU It took me: 💪 a coach (Charlie) ⏰ time 🤝 commitment 🏠 my home set-up from @gravity.fitness 
Because I challenged myself to do the reps daily (bodyweight + banded) until I reached 10 bodyweight reps. I thought some of you may be interested in seeing my journey.
