I was not always able to do x10 pull ups! And getting to muscle ups didn’t just happen over night.
 Here’s my timeline: 1️⃣ April 25 → Bar Muscle Up, Ring Muscle Up (weighted) 2️⃣ July 23 → x10 chin ups but only x3 banded PU 3️⃣ October 23 → x3 PU and x5 banded PU 4️⃣ March 24 → x10 PU club 5️⃣ November 24 → x14 PU It took me: 💪 a coach (Charlie) ⏰ time 🤝 commitment 🏠 my home set-up from @gravity.fitness 
Because I challenged myself to do the reps daily (bodyweight + banded) until I reached 10 bodyweight reps. I thought some of you may be interested in seeing my journey.
