You know it’s about to be 🔥 when the neighbors start shouting over the fence — and today, it was all about these Creamy Grilled Butter Chicken Wings! Started with some fresh wings from @heb — marinated them in Tandoori Paste, subbed in Cream Cheese instead of yogurt for that extra creamy tang, and hit ‘em heavy with that “Blazin’ Bird” Dry Rub from @whiskeybentbbq Flavor stackin’ from the jump! 🙌🏼 Grilled everything over live flame using my @chargrillergrills Kettle, my trusty @lodgecastiron , and my @donkeylongtong (no singed knuckles over here). First time using the @bentley.bbq @burnfirestartercompany Bags to light the coals — and y’all, they might be on to something with these. But let’s talk about that Beautiful Butter Chicken Sauce — this is where the magic happens! Recipe:
• 1 stick of @vitalfarms butter
• 1 onion, minced
• 1 tbsp minced garlic
• 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp garam masala Sauté the onion and garlic in butter until golden, stir in tomato sauce, then finish with cream and spices. Let it simmer until thick, rich, and straight-up ridiculous! 🤯 Spicy, creamy, smoky — Indian BBQ fusion heaven. Chorizo Scallion Corn Cakes w/ Salted Honey Butter🌽 🍯 For corn cakes: 1 1/2 c yellow cornmeal 1/2 c AP flour 1 TBSP sugar 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp kosher salt 1 c chorizo crumbles 1/2 c thinly sliced scallions, plus more for garnish (optional) 1 large egg, beaten 1 14.75oz can creamed corn 4 TBSP melted unsalted butter 4 TBSP whole fat buttermilk Light oil, for griddle For honey butter: 4 TBSP (1/2 stick) salted butter **can sub 1/2 stick unsalted butter + 1/2 tsp kosher salt 1/4 c honey In a large bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix in chorizo crumbles and scallions and toss together until chorizo and scallions are coated. Add in the egg, creamed corn, melted butter, and buttermilk. Fold with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula until just evenly combined. Allow mixture to sit for 10 minutes while griddle is heating to medium-low heat and honey butter is being prepped. To make honey butter: mix together the butter and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk frequently to combine, then set aside until ready to use. Once griddle is heated, drizzle with light oil. Use a 1/4 c scoop or measuring cup and pour batter onto griddle. Cook until golden, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drizzle corn cakes with honey butter. Smoked & Seared Hot Honey Garlic Pork Chops🔥 Grill: Char-Griller Flex Fuel - available exclusively at Lowes! Have Hibachi night at home with this Brisket Fried Rice Recipe!🔥 Grill: Char-Griller 3-Burner FlatIron® Gas Griddle Ingredients: -Bag of Frozen Peas and Carrots -Large White Onion, chopped -Leftover Brisket -Cooked Rice (best cooked the day before) -Eggs -Garlic Butter -Soy Sauce -Sesame Oil -Japanese BBQ Sauce Directions: 1. Cook onions, peas, and carrots until they are soft, add garlic butter throughout. 2. Slide vegetables to the side and add your chopped brisket to the griddle. 3. Cook Brisket on griddle for 4-5 minutes then combine with vegetables and push to side. 4. Get your cooked rice on the griddle and add garlic butter, soy sauce, sesame oil and mix. 5. Combine all ingredients on the griddle, add Japanese BBQ sauce, and cook for 2-3 minutes. 6. Make a hole in the center of the mix and add your eggs. Scramble them in the hole until desired texture, then mix with the rice, veggies and brisket. 7.
