Viral Salted Date Protein Latte ☕️ Ingredients: • 2–3 Medjool dates, soaked in hot water for 5–10 minutes • 1 cup milk of choice • 1 tsp vanilla extract • ¼ tsp cinnamon • Pinch of quality sea salt • 1 scoop @ancestralsupplements Mocha Protein Powder • 1 cup brewed coffee or 2 shots espresso • Ice Instructions: 1. Soak the dates in hot water until soft. 2. Add the dates, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and protein powder to a blender. 3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. 4. Fill a glass with ice. 5. Pour in your coffee or espresso. 6. Top with the date-protein mixture and stir. That’s it. Nearly 30g of protein (20 from PP 8 from milk), caffeine, healthy fats, and enough flavor to make tomorrow morning seem slightly more reasonable 🩷

DIY Dishwasher Tablets 1 cup baking soda ¼ cup citric acid 1 tbsp of your favourite dish soap A few tips: Make sure your mixture is pressed really firmly into the ice cube tray so the tablets hold together. Let them dry completely overnight before popping them out and storing. Moisture is what will make them crumble or activate too soon. Store them in a dry, airtight container, and use one tablet per load. Depending on your water hardness, you may still want to add vinegar or rinse aid to help with spotting on glassware. Low-tox living doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. Sometimes it’s just one tiny swap at a time. Save this for your next home swap!
