Rosie Kelletts Cookbook Release Announcement
Rosie Kellett’s Confit Cherry Tomatoes & Labneh on Toast   London-based cook and culinary content creator Rosie Kellett didn’t always plan to work in food – but feeding others has quietly shaped the course of her life.   “Despite everything else I was doing, I would spend every spare moment cooking for people,” she says. “It took some bravery to admit that food was the answer – and to step away from the career I’d imagined for myself.”   Her newly-published debut cookbook, In For Dinner, published this week, is an ode to the five years she spent living communally in an east London warehouse, where housemates cooked for one another every night. It was a chapter, Rosie says, that not only reshaped her life in the city, but expanded her culinary horizons.   From e5 Bakehouse, where she learned to cook well at scale, to kitchen tables shared with friends from across the world, Rosie’s approach is grounded in generosity, seasonality, and comfort.   Read more about Rosie Kellett’s practice, and discover a recipe for Confit Cherry Tomatoes & Labneh on Toast on the #TOASTMagazine via the link in bio.   Words by Mina Holland (@minaholland).   Photography by Sophie Davidson (@sophieedavidson).

Progress in Practice · Our Suppliers

We have long-standing relationships with our makers
Progress in Practice · Our Suppliers We have long-standing relationships with our makers. We have been working with suppliers that produce the majority of our collections for an average of nine years. We drive transparency across our supply chain and have actively onboarded new partners to support our product-level transparency across all channels. Our supplier audits review areas of social compliance including safe, fair working conditions. Our aim is to audit every factory we develop our products with, attributing a grade to their social, labour and environmental performance. In sight of this aim we’ve partnered with VERISIO, a global social auditing company, to strengthen oversight of labour standards, health and safety, and business ethics across our supply chain. In 2024, over 80% of the suppliers who are responsible for the majority of our production achieved a Best or Better rating in our most recent audit review. TOAST Upper East Side · Opening Today Our latest New York shop has opened in the Upper East Side, housed within an elegant pre-war building at 40 East 88th Street, in the heart of Carnegie Hill, Manhattan. Our new shop showcases our womenswear and home collections, and will be a home for craftsmanship, circularity and timeless design. Our shops are cornerstones for our community - a place to gather, converse, and find new inspiration through craft and design. To celebrate, we have collaborated with Erin Pollard from Underwater Weaving to create a sculptural installation of rattan baskets. Her craftsmanship has been passed down generations to create these unique pieces which are woven together. Until Monday 2 June, we invite you to visit the shop to view the installation. Objects of Significance · Joa Studholme

“My mother was the worst cook in the world - I cannot tell you how bad she was,” recalls Joa Studholme, Colour Curator at Farrow & Ball
Objects of Significance · Joa Studholme “My mother was the worst cook in the world - I cannot tell you how bad she was,” recalls Joa Studholme, Colour Curator at Farrow & Ball. “But she was also the very best mum, and she would attempt to bake with me just because she thought that’s what mothers do. We made endless flapjacks and peppermint creams, which were basically icing sugar, cream of tartare and peppermint essence. I used to put my tiny hand into the flour tin to retrieve this cup, and the thing that always strikes me is the clipping sound it makes when it hits a marble pastry board. How I’ve ended up with it rather than any of my siblings is anyone’s guess, but I’m so glad it’s in my possession.” Read more about Joa’s five chosen objects and the meaning behind them on the #TOASTMagazine via the link in bio. Tales from the Garden

From January through June, Matt Collins, writer and Head Gardener at the Garden Museum is documenting the subtle and often overlooked scenes of a changing garden
Tales from the Garden From January through June, Matt Collins, writer and Head Gardener at the Garden Museum is documenting the subtle and often overlooked scenes of a changing garden. From his Hampshire plot, he sees the season reaching full bloom. “Sunshine for weeks: baking days and cold nights. There are echoes of 2020’s miraculous spring in the weight and brilliance of the blossom this month: first the voluminous cherries, then the apples and pears with their single white, pink-tinged petals. There are buds all over the climbing roses now, and their moment will come next. Today I watched a bee-fly hovering steadily over the lawn, two feet up. A curious, oddly approachable creature with the eyes of a fly, the balled fluff of a bee and the long proboscis of a hummingbird hawk-moth. I got close enough to see all this while it sculled in mid-air. They favour muscari flowers apparently — a note for autumn bulb planting.” You can read Matt’s Tales From A Garden series on the #TOASTMagazine via the link in bio. Matt Collins (@museum_gardener).

Molly Ford · The Shape of a Season

Molly Ford is a Brooklyn-based floral designer
Molly Ford · The Shape of a Season Molly Ford is a Brooklyn-based floral designer. Raised in a small town in Arkansas, Molly’s upbringing was rooted in creativity. “That love for art and nature was instilled in me from a young age, but also the idea that you can build something, and you can change a room. Nothing is precious, and art is something that's supposed to be explored.” Now Molly lives in New York, she cites the city’s boundless energy as key components of maintaining the thriving longevity of her business. “New York is such a massive city that has always loved grand gestures,” she says. “We produce moments for people - these worlds where they can submerge themselves with flowers and nature. Then it all gets taken away the next day. New York craves newness.” You can read more about Molly Ford’s practice on the #TOASTMagazine via the link in bio.
