@jess_ferrin is giving a smoky twist to a campfire favorite with these Smoked S'mores Bars, packed with gooey marshmallows, melty chocolate, and crunchy graham cereal. 🍫 They're the perfect sweet treat to share after your next backyard cookout. Ingredients 1 family-size box graham cracker cereal 2 bags mini marshmallows 1 cup chocolate morsels 1 stick unsalted butter 1 tsp vanilla extract Directions 1. Preheat your pellet grill to 350°F. 2. Pour the graham cracker cereal into a large aluminum pan and place it on the top rack of the smoker. 3. Add the butter to a heat-safe pan and place it in the smoker. Once the butter has melted, continue cooking until it begins to brown, stirring every minute. When you see brown specks forming, stir in one bag of the mini marshmallows. 4. Continue cooking for 2–3 minutes, or until the marshmallows are fully melted. Stir in the vanilla extract. 5. Transfer the warm graham cracker cereal to a large mixing bowl. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the cereal and stir until evenly coated. 6. Spread half of the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with ½ cup of the chocolate morsels and a few handfuls of the remaining mini marshmallows. Top with the remaining cereal mixture, then finish with the rest of the chocolate morsels and more mini marshmallows. Using the butter wrapper to keep the mixture from sticking, gently press everything into an even layer. 7. Let cool completely before cutting into squares and serving. #blackstone #blackstonesmoke #outdoorcooking #blackstonerecipe #smores
