Ingredients 1 (28–32 oz) bag frozen tater tots Light-tasting olive oil, for drizzling 2–3 tsp Blackstone Classic Breakfast Seasoning 8 slices bacon, chopped 1 packet Knorr Hollandaise Sauce Mix ½ cup butter 1 cup milk 1 tsp Blackstone Garlic Butter Seasoning 4 eggs Chopped fresh chives or green onions, for garnish Directions 1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to low to medium-low heat. Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer, drizzle lightly with olive oil, and cook for 25–30 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy. Sprinkle with the Blackstone Classic Breakfast Seasoning during the last few minutes of cooking. 2. While the tots cook, add the chopped bacon to another area of the griddle. Cook until crispy, then transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate, leaving the bacon grease on the griddle. 3. Place a small saucepan on the griddle. Whisk together the Knorr Hollandaise Sauce Mix, milk, and butter. Cook according to the package directions until smooth and thickened, then stir in the Blackstone Garlic Butter Seasoning.
