Happy C-Section Awareness Month! It’s only right that I honor it at the end of the month—because if you’ve had a C-section, you know sometimes we’re just out here surviving one slow step (and stretch) at a time - even 4 years later 🥹 I’ve just got bak from Romania where the C Section rate is about 44%! Super high! - needless to say, that was a huge inspo behind the quick vid.🫶🏽🇷🇴 Funny enough, this is the same month my daughter was born, so this one hits a little different. I made this video with 4 gentle stretches I’ve leaned on during my healing journey—I hope they help my fellow C-section mamas feel a little more aligned, supported, and seen. My Gaiam mat has been a huge part of that support—during pregnancy and even more so in postpartum recovery. It’s truly been there through it all (tears, stretching, toddler toys and all).
