@zensah was kind enough to send me their new Recovery Muscle Balm! This one is in stick form so there’s no mess. The timing was perfect as I was dealing with a calf strain the weekend it shipped. I’m a huge fan of it as it doesn’t smell blatantly artificial or too strong compared to other brands I’ve tried. I’ve had others where my eyes were stinging due to how potent it was, and who knows what was in it (chemicals, yuck). Zensah’s uses natural plant-based stuff like menthol, eucalyptus, rosemary oil, cocoa butter, cottonseed oil, and beeswax. I’ve been using it pre, during, and post any activity I’ve been doing and it is legitimately nourishing for any kind of muscle soreness, almost like a breath mint for the skin 🙂 but not too overpowering! Once applied, it seems to settle in then have a lasting effect. It’s made in the US, sulphate free, and animal cruelty free. 👍😌😎
