Last week I turned 34 (any fellow Taurus sisters?), & as always, I have many thoughts. I journal almost daily, & always make a point of reflecting my learnings from the past year on my birthday 👁 How did I grow? What did I learn? How have I changed? I thought I'd share what I wrote down on the night of my birthday, after I tucked my daughter into bed & had a moment to think:⁠ ⁠ 1. I am now in a stage in my life where I act with intuition, without the need for external explanation. ⁠ 2. Create more silence⁠ 3. That all is well, & life flows in & out like the tides⁠ 4. Resilience is learnt, & must be practiced to be maintained ⁠ 5. I am owed nothing, & I must work for & create everything⁠ 6. If something is not aligned, I change it⁠ 7. Life is to be cherished
