As designers, our personal homes are the ultimate playground for experimenting with form, function, and materials. Recently, I shared the reveal of our living room at #MysteryOnMack—our warehouse conversion project. With our space being one large open room, we used furniture and millwork to define distinct areas. Anchoring our home bar in the center naturally separates the kitchen and dining zones from the lounging areas. To add depth and texture, we created a striking metal feature wall using rusted sheets salvaged from the warehouse’s back alley—transforming it into both a focal point and large-scale art. There’s so much more to say, from our custom staircases featuring a bold marble step to the curated artwork throughout the space. And, of course, our home will continue to evolve as we live in it (and save up for more furniture, decor, and art!). In the meantime, dive into the full 17-minute design breakdown on our YouTube channel—it’s definitely worth a watch! #WarehouseConversion #InteriorDesign #HomeReveal #DesignBreakdown
