Today is National Cow Appreciation Day, and we think everyday should be spent celebrating cattle's contribution. They are magicians- they turn plants, which humans get little to no nutritional benefit from into meat, which humans get tremendous nutrition from. And they restore the dirt beneath their hooves with their nutrient dense manure. They are walking fermentation tanks, and are part of the solution... not part of the problem. It's the HOW, not the COW!
