@messermeister rescued me several years ago. • It’s true-I had been processing and butchering with very mediocre knives. Very. 🤣🫣💕 • A mixture of cheap and thrifted. Dull and nicked up. • And you know that using poor quality knives not only takes up more of your valuable time-making the job longer and harder-but also makes the job that more dangerous, because you have to force your knives, and, really, they should be working FOR you-not AGAINST you! • So when this long-standing knife company reached out to me, asking what knives I used to butcher with, and if I’d like to try out theirs, I swear it was like the heavens parted, and my very own homesteading angel was sent right down from heaven for me! 🤣💕🙌 • After sheepishly explaining what knives I had been using, and my reasoning behind it (we just hadn’t saved the money for quality ones yet, and I was floundering trying to decide what company to go with) they asked if I’d like to pick out not just any knives- but some custom knives from their line- I about shot right out of my boots with excitement! • The two knives with the light handles, I designed just for me. • That’s right! You can even make your very own knives with this company! Right down to the colors and hardware! • Plus, all of you keep asking what knives I use and what I recommend. • And after several years of using these knives my friends, I cannot recommend this company enough. • I actually have several other knives by them that are amazing as well, that’ll have to make a part two about! • They’re weighted and balanced perfectly. The blades are strong and forever sharp.
